Job Title: Cash Counter Executive / Billing & Cashier Job Description We are looking for a reliable, honest, and detail-oriented Cash Counter Employee to manage daily billing operations and cash handling at our restaurant. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using a computer-based billing/POS system, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities: - Generate customer bills accurately using the POS/billing software. - Handle cash, UPI, card payments, and other payment methods. - Manage the cash counter and ensure accuracy in daily transactions. - Maintain records of sales, cash receipts, refunds, discounts, and cancelled bills. - Verify cash collections and reconcile the cash counter at the end of each shift. - Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the billing system. - Coordinate with restaurant management and other staff regarding billing discrepancies. - Maintain proper documentation of daily sales and payment records. - Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and billing.



- Maintain professionalism, honesty, and customer-friendly behaviour at all times. Requirements: - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing/POS software. - Good numerical and calculation skills. - Ability to handle cash and digital payments responsibly. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude. - Previous experience in cashiering, restaurant billing, or cash handling will be preferred. - Freshers with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn may also apply. Preferred Skills: Cash Handling, POS Billing, Computer Operations, UPI Transactions, Sales Recording, Cash Reconciliation, and Basic Accounting.
