Job Summary

We are seeking experienced jewellery retail sales professionals who can independently manage high-value customer interactions, achieve ambitious sales targets, build customer relationships, and support junior showroom sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle high-value customers, wedding jewellery purchases, and repeat customers.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of gold, diamond, antique, and other jewellery categories.
- Explain jewellery pricing, purity, hallmarking, making charges, offers, and exchange policies accurately.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales through effective follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Support junior executives in product presentation, objection handling, and closing sales.
- Monitor customer preferences and share product-demand feedback with showroom management.




- Coordinate with inventory and billing teams to resolve customer requirements efficiently.
- Maintain professional service standards and handle escalated customer concerns.

Eligibility

- Minimum 5 years of jewellery retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, customer handling, and retail sales processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling premium and wedding jewellery customers is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
