- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using.NET Core MVC and React.js

- Build and consume RESTful APIs for integration with internal modules and third-party systems (lab analysers, payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, etc.)

- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance in SQL Server

- Work on Azure cloud services including App Services, Blob Storage, Azure AD/Entry ID, and deployment pipelines

- Maintain version control using GitHub; contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and management

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams across multiple healthcare modules

- Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation

- Support EF Core-based schema design, migrations, and entity modelling

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime
