About the job

As a Sr Associate Software Developer, you will :

- Improve reliability of microservices by:

- Profiling memory/CPU bottlenecks

- Identifying performance issues impacting:

- AZURE Cloud Engineering- Operate and optimize AKS services:

- AKS (Kubernetes), Flexiserver

- Implement cost optimization (compute efficiency, right-sizing, egress reduction).

- Open stack Cloud Engineering

- Observability & Incident Response- Build end-to-end observability, including:

- Metrics, logs, traces

- JVM profiling (GC, heap, threads)

- Open telemetry/Datadog APM for Java services

- Open telemetry/Datadog Synthetics for API uptime (PMS, CRS, OTA)

- Configure SLO-based alerting to reduce noise and improve signal quality. - Required Qualifications

- At least 2-5 years of working experience in SRE /Production Engineering roles.

- Proficient in scripting (Python/Bash/Go) or similar languages.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes

- Education requirement. B Tech, MCA, or equivalent





- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

- Positive understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tooling around it.

- Robust hands-on expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Experience with Datadog for observability (APM, metrics, logs, dashboards).

- Knowledge of software development processes and Quality Standards

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiar with Agile methodology and with tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Working knowledge of CVS, Jenkins, Git, Gerrit
- Terraform experience building production-grade infrastructure.
