Purchase Engineer

Job Description : Handle day to day Purchase and Procurement activities.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.

Understanding of supply chain procedures Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers

Negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Experience : 2 Years Experience Preferred.

Education: Electrical or EC degree for Education.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle procurement of electronic and electrical components , raw materials, and technical equipment.
- Understand technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs for accurate purchasing.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)

- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
- Maintain proper documentation of procurement activities.
- Coordinate with technical, production, and sales teams for requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.
