Position: Sales & Service Engineer - Analytical & Testing Instruments

About the Role: Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning, and training for analytical/testing instruments

- Routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support

- Internal sales support:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, documents, and proposals

- Search for new leads and project opportunities online

- Maintain accurate service records and customer communication logs

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years of experience , or B.E./ B.Tech in Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience :

- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments or testing machines preferred

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi





- Willingness to travel for service visits on PAN India basis
