1. Site Supervision and Execution :

- Assist in monitoring daily site activities to ensure they align with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with labor teams to execute tasks as directed by senior site staff.
- Ensure proper implementation of drawings and designs under supervision.

1. Material and Resource Management :

- Track and document the usage of materials and tools at the site.
- Assist in the receipt, inspection, and storage of construction materials.
- Report any shortages or excesses to the Site Manager or Project Manager.

1. Quality Control and Inspection :

- Conduct basic checks to ensure work is done as per specified quality standards.
- Identify and report discrepancies or defects in materials and workmanship.
- Assist senior engineers during quality audits or inspections.

1. Health and Safety Compliance :

- Ensure workers adhere to safety protocols in office, such as wearing protective equipment.
- Report safety concerns or incidents to the site supervisor immediately.
- Attend safety training sessions and enforce compliance among team members.

1. Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain a daily logbook of site activities, including labor, materials, and progress.
- Assist in preparing progress reports for review by senior engineers or managers.
- Document site issues and communicate them to the senior team for resolution.

1. Coordination and Communication :





- Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate site requirements and challenges to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
- Ensure timely updates on progress and issues to the concerned teams.

1. Learning and Development :

- Gain hands-on experience in interpreting drawings, layouts, and project documents.
- Attend training sessions or workshops organized by the company to improve skills.

1. Time Management :

- Assist in ensuring that work is completed within the stipulated time frame.
- Prioritize tasks based on instructions from senior engineers or supervisors.
- Support efforts to recover delays by putting in extra effort as required.

1. Support for Senior Engineers :

- Provide support in surveying, leveling, and setting out at the site.
- Assist in implementing design changes or modifications as per site conditions.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently under supervision.

1. Site Cleanliness and Orderliness :

- Ensure the site remains clean and organized, with materials stored properly.
- Promote a disciplined and professional work environment on-site.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
