Job Description - B.Arch (Architect)

Position : Architect (B.Arch) Location : Chakradharpur (CKP), Jharkhand Experience : 3-5 Years Salary : ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per Month

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop conceptual and detailed design solutions as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and MEP teams.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure design implementation.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and client coordination.
- Resolve design and execution-related issues at the project site.
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of building by-laws, construction methods, and materials.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in infrastructure, railway, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Knowledge of BIM processes and project management tools.
- Strong presentation and visualization skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
