Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Research & Development Engineer / Technical Trainer who is interested in both:

- Developing technical skills across multiple technologies
- Training and guiding students and professionals

This role is ideal for someone who wants to continuously learn, work on real projects, research new technologies, and gradually grow into a strong technical trainer and team contributor.

Key Responsibilities: Technical & Development Work

- Work on research and development activities across various technologies
- Develop and experiment with real-world projects, codebases, and technical implementations
- Continuously learn and upgrade skills in trending technologies
- Support development and innovation activities within the company

Training & Mentorship

- Assist and gradually conduct training sessions for:

- Engineering students

- College participants

- Working professionals from MNCs

- Train participants on technologies such as:

- C & C++

- Java

- Python

- Web Technologies

- AI & Machine Learning

- App Development

- Other emerging technologies

- Prepare technical examples, assignments, presentations, and practical sessions





- Guide students during hands-on implementation and projects

Learning & Growth Opportunity

Required Skills :

Travel & Company Support

Some training sessions may require travel (mostly within Mumbai and nearby locations, occasionally across India).

For official travel: Travel expenses covered Food expenses covered Stay/accommodation covered by the company

Work Details

Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Work Mode: On-site Weekly Offs: Sundays + selected Saturdays as per company policy
