Take complete ownership of coordination and management of the Local Service Team.
- Monitor pending service calls, parts availability, and demo/pre-sales activities through GSX and update the same in ERP.
- Conduct daily discussions with the Service Manager / Service In-Charge regarding pending calls, call allocation, and feedback on engineers’ previous-day activities.
- Ensure timely collection of complete call reports from engineers to log or close service calls in ERP.
- Verify warranty status of customer machines and understand the issue clearly before assigning calls to engineers.
- Coordinate with multiple departments for service-related activities such as Demo, Pre-Sales, AMC, and Warranty Replacements.
- Track engineers’ movement, call reports, tools, materials, and accessories.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
