Key Responsibilities

- Install solar mounting structures and solar PV modules as per approved drawings.
- Carry out DC and AC cable laying, dressing, and termination activities.
- Perform MC4 connector crimping and solar string connections .
- Install and connect inverters, ACDBs, DCDBs, earthing systems, and lightning arrestors .
- Execute conduit, cable tray, and GI pipe installation as required at site.
- Ensure proper wire management and routing as per safety standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers to complete installation activities within timelines.
- Maintain tools and equipment used for installation work.
- Follow all electrical and work-at-height safety procedures .
- Support preventive maintenance activities whenever required.

Desired Skills

- Hands-on experience in rooftop solar installation .
- Knowledge of solar wiring, cable termination, and electrical fittings .
- Familiarity with MC4 connectors, inverters, ACDBs, DCDBs, and earthing systems .
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
