- Looking for Field Service Engineer L1 and L2
*Addressing user tickets for issues regarding hardware, software, and networking.
*Providing technical support either by visiting on-site or through remote-access systems.
- Advising Customers on software and hardware upgrades.
- Maintaining a log of job tickets
*Ensuring that the Customers systems are working fine.
- Antivirus Installation and Renewals
*Basic Server Trouble shooting / Domain Connection for L2 Enginner
*End Point Security / UTM Firewall maintain for L2 Engineer
