Role Objective

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our Ahmedabad team. You will be responsible for transforming concepts and sketches from our architects and engineers into accurate, high-quality technical drawings and blueprints that comply with local building codes (AMC/AUDA) and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Drawing : Prepare detailed floor plans, sections, elevations, and site plans using AutoCAD (2D) and Revit (3D).
- Structural Integration : Coordinate with structural engineers to incorporate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts into architectural sets.
- Compliance : Ensure all drawings adhere to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and AUDA building by-laws and regulations.
- Site Coordination : Visit project sites across Ahmedabad to take precise measurements and ensure construction aligns with the sanctioned drawings.
- Documentation : Maintain a systematic record of all drawing revisions, "As-Built" drawings, and blueprint sets for contractor use.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the project management team to meet strict deadlines for residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering, ITI (Draftsman Civil), or a Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch).

- Software Proficiency :

- Expert : AutoCAD, Revit (BIM).

- Preferred : Google SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray for basic visualization.

- Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of construction materials, joinery details, and RCC structures.

- Local Expertise : Familiarity with the FSI/FSI calculations and local material sourcing common in the Gujarat market.

- Soft Skills : High attention to detail, ability to handle multiple project files, and fluency in Gujarati and Hindi (for site coordination).
