Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Material Procurement & Site Coordination Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to understand the required material type, quantity, and urgency for project sites. Procure materials from approved vendors and ensure timely supply and delivery to sites as per project schedules.
- Transportation & Logistics Arrangement Arrange transportation for materials and coordinate with drivers and transport vendors to ensure smooth and timely delivery to project sites.
- Stock Monitoring & Analysis Monitor site-wise stock availability and perform regular stock analysis to identify shortages or excess materials.
- Excess Material Management Coordinate transfer or redistribution of excess stock from one site to another to ensure efficient utilization of materials.
- Site Visit Conduct site visits once a week to review material availability, check stock status, and coordinate directly with site teams.
- Tools & Equipment Management Maintain records of tools, machinery, and equipment used at project sites, including their availability, condition, and movement.
- Data & Reporting Maintain proper documentation and reports related to material movement, stock status, tools inventory,



and site requirements .
- Labour Data Maintenance Maintain proper records of labour deployed at project sites, including attendance, contractor details, and manpower strength. Coordinate with site supervisors to update labour data regularly and maintain accurate reports.

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of material management and inventory control
- Understanding of site coordination and logistics planning
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and data tracking

Qualification

- Graduate in Supply Chain / Commerce / Engineering / related field (May be preferred )
- 1-3 years experience in material coordination, inventory management, or logistics
- Freshers with basic knowledge of material coordination can also apply

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
