Responsibilities :

- Present work to design teams for review and feedback while staying customer obsessed
- Work closely with fellow Designers to understand user needs, opportunity space, and product requirements to ensure high standards of interaction design, consistency and customer experience
- Work closely with front-end engineers and product designer to deliver design specifications under supervision of design lead
- Execute and deliver product wireframes, end-to-end flows for a product experience by following the predefined process set by design team
- Improve the look and feel of a wireframe into the hi-fidelity user interface using our design system
- Contribute to improve, maintain and adopt the design system and involved in the documentation phase

Qualifications

- One to two years of experience in using best practices to design solutions,



and a deep understanding of UX design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to listen, be proactive at addressing feedback, represent and advocate for UX and users
- Excellent interaction design skills and a solid portfolio of interactive projects
- Proficiency in Wireframing Tools (Figma, UXpin and Adobe Tools etc.,).
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions proficiently and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of with the platform that you are building such as mobile app, website
- Robust understanding of the fundamentals of design systems and how it works at scale
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential
