Job Responsibilities:

- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with clients regarding sent offers and Sales Orders to get updates or closures.
- Order Tracking: Provide dispatch and delivery details to clients after an order is placed.
- Scheduling: Book appointments for Field Sales Engineers to visit clients.
- Meetings: Arrange and manage Zoom calls for sales promotions and presentations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update Google Sheets, including Sales FMS, SC-OT (Sales Coordinator-Order Tracking), and SO-O to D (Sales Order to Dispatch) sheets.
- CRM: Regularly update client data and sales progress in the CRM system.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in following up with B2B clients.
- Expertise in Google Sheets and maintaining tracking sheets.
- Ability to use AI tools for drafting business communication.
- Comfortable using Zoom and scheduling tools.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
