Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Driver Trainer to train heavy vehicle drivers and improve safety, driving quality, and fuel efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Train drivers on safe and defensive driving
- Conduct on-road practical training sessions
- Educate drivers on fuel-productive driving techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and RTO norms
- Assess driver performance and provide corrective training
- Reduce accidents, breakdowns, and misuse of vehicles
- Maintain training records and reports

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5 years experience in heavy vehicle driving
- Experience as Driver Trainer / Senior Driver preferred
- Valid HMV License
- Good knowledge of highways and vehicle handling
- Basic reading/writing skills (Hindi required)
