Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily transport operations on the Bhagalpur-Malda route.
- Coordinate with drivers, loaders, and branch staff for smooth dispatch and delivery.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely arrivals/departures.
- Handle route delays, breakdowns, and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain trip records, delivery status, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.
- Communicate regularly with Head Office in Noida regarding route updates.
- Monitor driver discipline, attendance, and performance.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport/logistics supervision.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of route management and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
