You’ll make a difference by :

- Manage helpdesk related queries
- Comprise with recent policy changes and any updates within the organization
- Process the assigned cases within the defined SLAs




- Supporting AskHR team as a front face in handling Siemens queries on policies and procedures
- Going the extra mile to achieve first time resolution ensuring employees have an exceptional customer service.

Your success is grounded in :

- Graduate with min 6 months - 1yr of experience
- Work experience on tools such as Workday and Service now tools to guide employees with their queries
- Have a proactive approach in resolving employee queries
- Ensure the user experience is enhanced
