Key Responsibilities

A. Patient Care Support

- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Help patients in mobility, including transferring, walking, and positioning.
- Assist in transporting patients to diagnostic areas, OT, ICU, or other departments.
- Support patients with wheelchair or stretcher movement.

B. Hygiene and Comfort

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient beds and surroundings.
- Change bed sheets, pillow covers, and patient linen as required.
- Assist in maintaining patient dignity and comfort at all times.
- Help in prevention of bed sores by assisting in repositioning patients.

C. Nursing Assistance

- Assist nurses during procedures when required.
- Help in preparing patients for procedures and examinations.
- Carry reports, samples,



and documents within hospital departments.
- Assist in maintaining stock of patient care supplies.

D. Infection Control and Safety

- Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies.
- Use PPE as required.
- Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste.
- Maintain a protected environment for patients.

E. General Duties

- Respond promptly to patient calls.
- Maintain cleanliness of ward and patient care areas.
- Report patient complaints or abnormal observations to nursing staff.
- Assist during emergencies under nurse supervision.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
