Lead Generation & Sales: Identify new business opportunities in the EV and lithium battery market, cold call prospective clients, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
Product Knowledge & Pitching: Develop in-depth knowledge of BMS, EV chargers, and battery components to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Market Analysis :Monitor industry trends to adapt sales strategies and stay competitive.
Order Processing: Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams for order processing and dispatch.
Experience : 0-2 years (Fresher-friendly to Junior level) in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the B2B or EV/Battery industry.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing,
Commerce, or Technical fields preferred).
Skills : Strong cold calling and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets/tally prime for tracking and reporting.
Good communication skills.
Requirements: Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment (often Noida/Sahibabad).
Compensation & Working Conditions.
Salary : Typically ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 per month,
Benefits : Often includes Provident Fund (PF) and health insurance.
Working Hours: General day shift (e.g., 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
