Job Title : Security Guard Location : [Factory / Warehouse / Office Location] Department : Administration / Security Reporting To : Admin Manager / Facility Manager Key Responsibilities :

- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Verify ID cards, gate passes, and delivery challans .
- Maintain visitor and vehicle registers accurately.
- Ensure material movement (inward & outward) is properly authorized.
- Monitor CCTV cameras , alarms, and security systems.
- Conduct regular patrols of premises to ensure safety and prevent theft.
- Prevent unauthorized access and ensure company property is protected.
- Check fire safety equipment and report hazards immediately.
- Coordinate with admin team in case of incidents or emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Report and document security incidents, violations, or suspicious activity .
- Support during audits, inspections, and emergency drills .

Required Skills & Qualifications :





- Minimum 10th pass (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Security Guard in factory/industrial premises preferred.
- Basic understanding of safety & security protocols .
- Ability to read and write basic English/Hindi .
- Physically fit and alert.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts .

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in manufacturing / warehouse / industrial security .
- Ex-servicemen or trained guards will be an added advantage.
