Packing Material & Stock Executive

Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 (Depending on experience)

Experience Required: 1-3 Years (FMCG / Manufacturing preferred)

Key Responsibilities1. Packing Material Management

- Maintain proper stock of all packing materials (cartons, labels, tapes, pouches, etc.).
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for reordering materials.
- Monitor quality and specifications of packing materials.

1. Inventory & Stock Control

- Maintain daily stock records (inward & outward entries).
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials.





- Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare stock reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Maintain GRN, material issue slips, and stock registers.
- Update inventory in ERP/software system.
- Report discrepancies or shortages to management.

- Coordination

- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
- Ensure smooth dispatch planning with available packing stock.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods where applicable.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
