The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective receipt, storage, inventory management, order processing, and dispatch of products. The role requires maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse discipline, and timely execution of domestic and export orders.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Supervise inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
- Ensure proper receiving, inspection, and storage of goods.
- Allocate storage locations for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.

Inventory Management

- Conduct daily stock verification and reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software.
- Coordinate periodic physical stock audits.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Team Management

- Supervise warehouse assistants, loaders,



and contract labor.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
- Train team members on warehouse procedures and safety standards.

Export & Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate with export documentation and logistics teams.
- Ensure export shipments are prepared as per customer requirements.
- Verify labels, barcodes, batch numbers, and palletization.
- Ensure dispatch documentation is complete before shipment release.

Reporting

- Daily stock movement report.
- Inward and outward dispatch report.
- Inventory variance report.
- Warehouse utilization report.
- Labor productivity report.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
