Responsibilities : Handle Myntra and Flipkart seller panels on a daily basis
Manage RTB (Return to Brand) return operations
Verify returns (SKU, barcode, quantity, product condition)
Raise support tickets for RTB, payment, reconciliation, and claim issues
Maintain daily sales and return reports in Excel
Monitor listing health (active, inactive, suppressed listings)
Coordinate with the warehouse team for returned inventory
Track shortage, damage, and claim cases
Required Skills : Hands-on experience with Myntra and/or Flipkart seller panels
Excel knowledge (basic to intermediate; VLOOKUP preferred)
Understanding of RTB and reconciliation process
Positive communication and coordination skills
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
