Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to support procurement operations for smartphones. The role is responsible for executing purchase orders, sourcing products from multiple channels, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely stock availability, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Key Responsibilities1.

Procurement Execution

- Execute purchase orders as per approved procurement plans
- Source smartphones from distributors, suppliers, authorized channels, and online platforms
- Identify competitive procurement opportunities across offline and online channels
- Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations, dispatch, and delivery timelines
- Ensure accurate order processing and documentation

Vendor Coordination

- Maintain regular communication with suppliers and distributors
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and support negotiation processes
- Build and maintain good supplier relationships
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new suppliers to improve procurement efficiency

Inventory Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock receipt and verification
- Ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving products




- Help maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stock shortages
- Support inventory tracking and reporting

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and vendor data
- Update procurement trackers and reports regularly
- Assist in preparing procurement reports, pricing analysis, and stock reports
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and logistics teams
- Ensure smooth procurement and supply chain operations
- Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, shortages, or discrepancies

Requirements : Experience & Knowledge

- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or smartphone trading/distribution
- Basic understanding of smartphone brands, models, and market pricing
- Experience sourcing from distributors, suppliers, and online procurement platforms

Skills & Competencies

- Positive negotiation and communication skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
