Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, assign, and optimize daily delivery routes for supply personnel.
- Supervise supply staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor route performance, delivery schedules, and fuel efficiency.
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or route changes in a timely manner.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, cost, and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, transportation regulations, and company procedures.
- Train and support supply personnel to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Communicate with customers or internal departments regarding delivery schedules and updates.




- Identify opportunities to improve route planning and reduce operational costs.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (optional).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations.
- Proven experience in route planning and team supervision.
- Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple routes simultaneously.
- Good leadership and communication skills..
