Prepare and process export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packaging, labelling, and loading of cargo for export.
- Communicate with clients to confirm shipment details and provide updates on shipment status.
- Make quotations and submit to customers and follow-up for orders.
- Follow-up with customers for orders and other related matters.
- Ensure that all shipments comply with international laws and regulations.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
- Follow up with Customers for outstanding payments.
- Lodge export bills with bank and follow-up till closure of export bills.
- Communicate and Follow-up with Bank, DGFT, Customs brokers and other stake holders
