Key Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase raw materials, components, and services required for production.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update supplier database and pricing information.
- Ensure timely procurement to meet production schedules without excess inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse for inventory control.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and maintain purchase records.
- Resolve supplier issues, quality concerns, and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Assist in cost reduction and supplier performance improvement initiatives.

Sales Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop recent customers and markets for company products.




- Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process customer inquiries, quotations, and orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor analysis, and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
- Participate in trade shows, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities as required.
