Job description

We are looking for a QC & QX Executive with 23 years of FMCG experience to support Quality Management System (QMS) activities, documentation control, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is primarily **system

- and documentation-driven , with limited involvement in routine laboratory testing**.

Key Responsibilities

1. SOP & Documentation

- Preparation, review, revision, and control of SOPs and quality documents
- Ensuring SOP implementation and compliance across departments
- Maintaining document control, versioning, and records as per QMS

2. QMS Activities

- Handling Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, and OOS
- Participation in Recall and Mock Recall activities
- Maintaining end-to-end Traceability (Raw Material to Finished Goods)
- Supporting internal audits and timely closure of audit observations

3. GMP / GLP / GDP Compliance

- Monitoring compliance with GMP, GLP, and GDP practices
- Ensuring hygiene, documentation accuracy, and procedural adherence
- Supporting quality practices on shop floor and warehouse

4. Investigation & Root Cause Analysis

- Conducting investigations using Viva Analysis, RCM, and Fishbone




- Preparing investigation reports with corrective and preventive actions

5. Quality Excellence (QX)

- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Trend analysis of deviations, complaints, and quality issues
- Promoting quality culture across departments

6. QC Testing Support (Limited Role)

- Basic understanding of QC testing practices
- Review of test reports and records
- Coordination with QC laboratory team (no routine testing)
- 2-3 years of experience in QC / QA / QMS in FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of QMS documentation and compliance
- Hands-on experience in investigations and audit support
- Good understanding of FMCG regulatory requirements
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
