Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Order Processing & Operations

- Process morning, afternoon, and evening orders accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution of dispatch and inward operations.
- Monitor daily operational activities and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure all pending mails are reviewed and resolved by end of day.

1. Dispatch & Scan Report Monitoring

- Verify inward and outward scan reports on a daily basis.
- Cross-check outward scan reports with Google Sheets and operational records.
- Maintain final outward scan reports and ensure data accuracy.

- Inward & MIS Management

- Cross-check inward scan reports with inward MIS entries.
- Maintain proper inward and outward operational records.
- Ensure accurate entry and tracking of cancelled orders in outward reports.

- RTO & Return Management

- Coordinate with the RTO team to complete daily tasks.
- Verify return scanning records with RTO manifests.
- Maintain and file RTO documents and pending copies.
- Cross-check Meesho inward entries and website inward entries with scanning data and RTO manifests for the last 15 days.





- Documentation & Filing

- Maintain and file outward manifest documents properly.
- Complete pending filing activities within assigned timelines.
- Ensure all operational documents are organized and updated.

- Coordination & Support

- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and RTO teams for smooth operations.
- Assist team members in inward processing and operational tasks whenever required.
- Support process synchronization and operational follow-ups.

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of inward, outward, dispatch, and RTO processes
- Basic MIS and reporting skills
- Valuable coordination and follow-up abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and operational reporting

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or operations will be preferred

Reporting To

Operations Manager / Warehouse Supervisor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
