We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse operations for our men’s wear garment manufacturing and distribution unit. The role involves inventory control, inward-outward management, dispatch coordination, and team supervision to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch :

- Maintain accurate inventory records for fabrics, accessories, trims, and finished garments :

- Ensure proper stock rotation, labelling, and stacking as per garment standards

- Coordinate with production, PPC, merchandising, and logistics teams :

- Plan dispatch schedules to meet sales and production timelines

- Supervise and manage warehouse staff (storekeepers, helpers, loaders)

- Monitor stock discrepancies, shortages, and damages

- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly stock and dispatch reports

- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company SOPs

- Handle vendor coordination for transport and logistics support

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in the garment industry (men’s wear preferred) :

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes :

- Hands-on experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems :

- Positive leadership, coordination, and communication skills

- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight dispatch timelines

- Knowledge of fabric handling and finished goods storage is a must

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
