Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

- Write clean, efficient, testable code and perform unit/integration testing (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
- Review, test, and debug code (including peers’ code) to ensure quality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver features in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes and optimizations.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, including database design and API contracts.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices, where positioned at the senior end of the 4-8 year range.




- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is commonly required.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including mentoring less experienced developers
