Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce and explain company projects, offers, and services to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
Qualifications :
- Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or direct sales.
- Experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
