Job Title: IT Systems and Security Administrator Job Type: In office Experience: 2-4 years Location: Chinhat, Lucknow

Key Responsibilities :

- Endpoint Management :Deploy and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Endpoint Protection platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine, Jamf).
- Data Leak Prevention (DLP) :Implement and monitor policies to block USB ports (Pen drives), disable cloud storage (Google Drive/Dropbox), and restrict copy-paste actions on sensitive code.
- Network Security :Configure DNS filtering and Firewalls to whitelist only approved websites and tools necessary for development.
- Access Control :Manage Git repository permissions (GitHub/Bitbucket/GitLab) and ensure multi-factor authentication (MFA) is active across all platforms.
- Audit & Monitoring :Perform regular security audits on employee laptops and monitor logs for any suspicious data movements.
- Software Deployment :Remotely install and update developer tools while ensuring no unauthorized third-party software is installed.





Technical Requirements :

- Proficiency in Windows and macOS administration.
- Experience with DLP (Data Loss Prevention) tools like Endpoint Protector, Forcepoint, or Digital Guardian.
- Strong knowledge of MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine, or Desktop Central).
- Familiarity with Firewall management and Web Filtering (Cisco Umbrella, OpenDNS).
- Understanding of Git security and SSH key management.

Requirements :

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
- Great Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
