Site Supervisor - Residential Projects

Company : D Homes Architecture Design Studio & Developers Location : Cochin, Kerala Experience : Minimum 1 year (residential site supervision preferred) Qualification : B.Tech Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor quality, material usage, and ensure proper site documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Maintain site safety standards and cleanliness.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the management regularly.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential site supervision.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary : Based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
