JOB POSITION

Overall 5+ years of IT experience. Minimum 3+ years of health care. Subject areas include perks, Membership, provider & Claims. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a business analyst which will include gathering requirements, liaison between business, end user and development and testing team. Minimum 3+ years of experience developing test deliverables like test plan/strategy, test cases, test data creation. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze healthcare benefits business requirements Translate requirements into functional/system and API specifications Analyze API inventory, usage, data volume, and lifecycle decisions Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate solutions Support data-driven and AI-enabled solution initiatives Drive requirement documentation, testing support, and release planning

Required Skills : Healthcare benefits domain knowledge Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Requirement gathering and stakeholder management experience Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively Familiarity with Agile and enterprise solution delivery environments

JOB RESPONSIBILITY Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing full-stack solutions. Strategy, Coverage & Reviews: Reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers,



and stakeholders to define project requirements. Mentorship: Guide junior developers, providing technical support and career development. Innovation & Research.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's/master s degree in computer science or equivalent.
