Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals .
- Provide detailed information about real estate projects to clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer details and interactions.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion .
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement and closures .

Requirements :

- 0.6 Months -2 years of experience in pre-sales in the real estate industry .
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi .
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Highly motivated with a customer-centric approach .

Salary : As per industry standards. Work Location : Sangamwadi, Pune

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
