Job Description: MERN Stack Trainer

Datavalley India Pvt Ltd is hiring a energetic MERN Stack Trainer for a contract role in Bengaluru to empower aspiring developers with full-stack web development skills through practical, industry-aligned training programs.

Role Overview

This contract requires delivering 20-30 hours of weekly hands-on sessions at our Bengaluru training facility, with options for hybrid delivery. Focus on building scalable web apps using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Compensation includes a competitive fixed monthly rate plus incentives based on trainee outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate interactive MERN stack curricula, covering frontend (React, Hooks, Redux), backend (Node.js, Express APIs), database integration (MongoDB), and deployment (Git, Heroku/AWS).
- Lead live workshops for 15-30 learners, incorporating real-world projects like e-commerce apps or dashboards tailored to Bengaluru's thriving startup ecosystem.
- Evaluate progress via assignments,



code reviews, and capstone projects; offer one-on-one mentoring to bridge skill gaps.
- Update content with trends like Next.js, TypeScript, or microservices, preparing trainees for roles in IT firms and product companies.
- Coordinate with our HR and tech teams for certification alignment (e.g., freeCodeCamp or Udemy equivalents).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field; MERN certification or teaching portfolio essential.
- 2+ years in MERN development/training; demonstrated experience via GitHub repos or session recordings.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, state management, and testing (Jest).
- Strong English communication skills (Kannada/Hindi a plus); ability to explain concepts simply for freshers.
