Deep Dive Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable Jr. Accountant who will be responsible for performing and coordinating accounting duties for our organisation.

Job Responsibility:

- Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts and other financial statements.
- Coordinating with tax consultants.
- Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
- Prepare financial statements and produce a budget according to schedule.
- Summarises financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss, and other statements
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.

Key Skills:

- Hands-on experience of working on Tally ERP/ Tally prime.




- Hands on experience of Raising E-Invoices
- Sufficient Knowledge of GST & TDS/TCS
- Hands on experience of Bank Reconciliations
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Google Sheets
- Experience of handling Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable individually
- Experience of handling day to day Routine accounting jobs individually

Experience :

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
- Total work: 1 year (preferred)

Schedule:

- Day shift (Monday to Friday)

Education :

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
