The Accountant is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and supporting financial reporting for the organization. The role includes handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxation, and financial documentation to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Record Management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting entries .
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
- Maintain general ledger, journals, and accounting documentation .

1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Process vendor invoices, payments, and purchase entries .
- Monitor customer payments and outstanding receivables .
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.

- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

- Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.

- Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns and tax-related documentation .




- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements .
- Maintain records for audits and tax assessments .

- Financial Reporting

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
- Support management with financial analysis and budgeting .
- Prepare reports related to expenses, revenue, and profitability .

- Payroll & Expense Management

- Assist in salary processing and payroll accounting .
- Verify employee reimbursement and expense claims.

- Audit Support

- Provide required documentation during internal and external audits .
- Ensure financial records are accurate and audit-ready.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
