- Counsel prospective students regarding Accountant courses and SAP training programs.
- Explain course details, curriculum, career opportunities, and fee structure clearly.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and enquiry data.
- Coordinate with faculty and management regarding student requirements.
- Support admission and enrollment processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0-1 year of experience in academic counselling / sales / customer support (Freshers can apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting courses and SAP is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and presentation skills.
