Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to drive enrollments for CPA and CMA programs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and daily productivity.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Academics, and Operations teams to ensure seamless lead management and student onboarding.
- Manage CRM, sales reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Forecast revenue, analyze sales performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on CPA/CMA programs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
