Terms and conditions for interview: Work experience, educational qualification and skills:

- FRESHER or 1 year in sale of insurance policies or other investment products.
- Bachelor's degree require but MBA- Finance & Marketing will preferred.
- Communicate in English and Hindi both languages.

Job role & responsibilities:

- Managing the overall performance of the branch.
- Developing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Being responsible for the training and development of the team.
- Taking steps to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Managing the branch's operations to run smoothly.




- Being responsible for budgeting and financial management.
- Implementing company policies and procedures.
- Evaluating team members' performance and providing feedback.
- Planning for the growth and development of the branch.
- Coordinating with senior management.

Salary :

- Rs.15,000-25,000/- pm + Incentives + TA + DA + PF/ESIC + Others.
