Handle walk-in customers and provide premium jewellery buying experience
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable designs/products
- Achieve store sales targets and support team targets
- Maintain display standards and showroom presentation
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat sales
- Assist in billing coordination and basic store operations
- Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and collections
- Support festive / seasonal sales campaigns and promotions
