Handling Site administrations Maintaining necessary approvals/Certificate/ NOC. Coordination with local communities, Contactors, Suppliers. Ensuring desired compliances are executed on time. Proactive approach on generation Improvement. Coordinating with client Plan and perform maintenance of installed systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot faults in AC & DC system and mechanical component. Comply with the maintenance schedule. Ensure all works are performed with Safe practices. Prepare DGR for the plant & Perform generation analysis. Preparing and verifying RCA, CAPA. Benchmarking and analysis of KPI such as Generation, Inverter performance, losses, auxiliary power consumption, PA, PR etc to maximize plant efficiency. Ensuring all calibration and testing works are executed on time. Planning of spares & Manpower. Tracking F&S; data with maximizing accuracy and minimizing DSM penalty. Resource allocation and optimum utilization of resource.



Ensure module cleaning & Grass cutting targets are met. Coordinating with OEMs for spares, AMC, warranty and service requests. Conducting monthly JMR/AMR. Plant monitoring and ensuring healthiness of all equipment’s. Management of spares/ Man power. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual meeting. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working workplace. Maintain accurate records of operation & maintenance and repairs. Performance and any issues encountered. Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Preparation of various documents as per ISO Standards. Ensuring Project Handover & takeover as per scope, protocols and procedures. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
