Role: Founder’s Fashion & Brand Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, fashion-forward individual to work directly with the founder of Banjara Trail.

You will be closely involved in:

- fashion production
- brand building
- PR & styling coordination
- celebrity placements
- events, shoots & founder appearances

This role offers hands-on exposure to a growing premium fashion label working at the intersection of design, craft, and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the founder on day-to-day execution and coordination
- Oversee production follow-ups, quality checks, and sample readiness
- Coordinate with PR agencies, stylists, and celebrity managers
- Manage product placements for shoots, events, and public appearances
- Assist in organising brand events, shoots, and activations
- Coordinate with social media team for content and timelines
- Handle communication with multi-designer stores and external partners
- Support founder for interviews, public appearances, and brand engagements
- Ensure smooth execution across departments (design, production, PR, marketing)

Who We’re Looking For

- Background in Fashion Management / Fashion Communication / Styling / PR
- Strong interest in fashion, design, and luxury branding




- Someone extremely organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Positive communication skills and confidence in handling people
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-moving environment
- Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
