Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, honest, and detail-oriented professional to manage the day-to-day financial and material flow of our new vegetarian fine-dining cafe. This is a "dual-impact" role: you will drive revenue through active sales at the counter and protect margins through strict inventory control.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Billing (Front-End)

- Active Upselling : Turn walk-in hostel guests into diners by pitching our signature fine-dining menu and beer/wine pairings.
- POS Management : Execute all sales entries accurately (Cash, UPI, Card) using our billing software.
- Guest Experience : Act as the brand ambassador for D Cafe, ensuring every international and domestic traveler feels welcomed.

2. Purchase & Inventory Management (Back-End)

- Purchase Entry : Record all daily purchases (vegetables, dairy, dry stock, and beverages) into the system to maintain an accurate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) .
- Stock Auditing :



Perform daily/weekly physical stock counts to ensure the "system stock" matches the "shelf stock."
- Wastage Tracking : Maintain a strict log of kitchen wastage to identify and reduce leakages.
- Vendor Liaison : Coordinate with local Agra suppliers for timely deliveries and price negotiations.

3. Compliance & Reporting

- Daily Sales Reports (DSR) : Send a daily summary of total sales, total purchases, and closing stock to the management.

- Requirements :

- Education : Graduate (B.Com or BBA preferred).

- Experience : 2+ years in F&B; operations, retail, or hospitality. Experience with software like Petpooja, POSist, or Vyapar is a huge plus.

- Skills : Strong mental math for quick billing and a high level of proficiency in MS Excel.

- Language : Must be comfortable speaking English with hostel guests.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
