Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Culinary Pastry Assistant to support the pastry team in daily production of high-quality baked goods and desserts. The role involves assisting in preparation, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the preparation and production of cakes, pastries, breads, desserts, and other baked items.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls to maintain quality and consistency.
- Prepare ingredients, doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings as required.
- Support in cake finishing, decoration, and plating of desserts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and finished products.
- Follow food safety, hygiene,



and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Support the Pastry Chef/Head Baker in daily operations.

Requirements :

- Diploma/Certification in Bakery & Pastry or Culinary Arts.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry equipment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery, café, hotel, or restaurant (preferred).
- Passion for baking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
