Job Title : Senior Guest Service Associate (GSA) Housekeeping

Department : Housekeeping

Reports To : Assistant Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary : The Senior GSA Housekeeping is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards, coordinating with team members, and delivering excellent guest service. The role also involves training junior staff and maintaining departmental SOPs.

Key Responsibilities :Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of GSAs and housekeeping attendantsEnsure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standardsConduct room inspections and ensure timely room readinessHandle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionallyTrain, guide, and monitor junior housekeeping staffMaintain housekeeping equipment, linen, and cleaning suppliesCoordinate with Front Office for room status updatesEnsure compliance with safety,



hygiene, and hotel SOPsAssist in inventory control and cost managementPrepare daily reports and handovers

Qualifications & Skills :Diploma or certification in Hotel Management / Housekeeping preferredMinimum 2 4 years of experience in housekeeping operations Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipmentStrong supervisory and communication skillsGuest-oriented attitude with attention to detailAbility to work in shifts and handle pressure

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
